Please pray for our community today

If you believe in prayer, please pray for the many families of those injured, killed or affected by the shootings that occured on the Virginia Tech campus today. The Muse family are diehard Hokies, King Thing and I attended VA Tech and my heart weighs very heavy with this tragic news. What's even sadder is that this is the second shooting incident on campus this school year. I can't even begin to comprehend what has happened. But I do know that our community will never be the same again after this incident.

Thinking of you and all of the VATech community members. We have a few past students that are now current VATech students and are hoping they are ok!

Totally senseless! I'm aching for the community, just positively stunned - I'm a grad, too.

Even though we're imports, this has really stunned and shocked us. Our thoughts and prayers are with your whole community, and especially the families of the victims. The whole thing just makes me so angry...

My two oldest cousins are students and thankfully safe. I can't even imagine what other families are going through today.

This makes my heart ache.

Definitely prayers coming your way. My uncle and all three cousins all went to VA Tech, lo, these many years ago, so even though I've never been there myself, there's still a personal connection there--even if it is decades old. And even if there wasn't? Prayers would be coming anyway! Beyond awful. Horrific.

I'm so totally stunned and horrified by today's events...So far we've gotten good news, my cousin's daughter and a friend who is on staff are both okay. We are still awaiting word on some of Julia's friends from High School..
My thoughts and prayers are with all the families of the victims.
